Midwest Pasta utilizes old-world techniques to make its laminated and extruded pastas. Try them in some of Mangia’s staple entrees including cannelloni stuffed with beef, Italian sausage, spinach and ricotta cheese, served in a tomato sauce with mozzarella. Get it as well in a handful of other pasta options well into late night – spinach manicotti, lasagna bolognese, garden-vegetable lasagna and baked spaghetti are also all available until 1:30am daily.
